OQPC's strategic plans set out the office's strategic direction for delivering Queensland legislation that is effective, accessible and consistent with fundamental legislative principles, and how the office will measure success.

OQPC's annual reports outline its achievements in legislative drafting and access to legislation.

OQPC must also report each year on its progress towards achieving the purposes of the Legislative Standards Act 1992. See section 13 of that Act.

Right to information is the Queensland Government's approach to giving the community greater access to information. Information OQPC holds or controls is available through our publication scheme, disclosure log and on our website. 

An application for access to information held or controlled by OQPC may also be made under the RTI Act or IP Act.
